Graduated from the Electroplating Technology major at Shanghai Institute of Technology and on-the-job postgraduate student of Zhejiang University, majoring in management science and engineering; Engaged in electroplating work for more than 40 years, deep plowing hardware, plastic, NdFeB and other materials of electroplating process and electroplating additives application research; Now mainly engaged in the research of ionic liquid aluminum plating application process and large-scale production of NdFeB and magnesium alloy materials.
